You & ME

You & ME is a new theatre show that explores the deeply dark and funny arena of our own physical and mental self. 

Plummeted into isolation having been struck with the illness M.E, the play explores the true story of one woman's journey over time and the relationships she has with herself and the people around her when faced with a body that doesn't work. Gaslit by the medical profession, friends and family,It explores the ways in which we both protect and harm ourselves to meet the ideals of the world around us and how understanding ourselves can become so much more complicated than we need it to be. Set in the 80's with a banging soundtrack, this unique look at long term illness explores inner conflict, outside influence, and our ability to find strength, resilience, humour and hope in the darkest and strangest of places!
